On a recent camping trip to Folkestone, Kent I wandered into an intriguing looking gallery in the cobbled High Street in the old town. It was filled with the artwork of Samuel Capell who was inspired by having worked at McDonald's as a student. The result was a superb show of thoughtful, graphic and humorous prints, complete with interactive McColoring wall. Eat you heart out Moschino!
The exhibition is closed now, but I look forward to seeing more work from this promising young artist soon. In the meantime, catch him at Brick Lane's backyard market on 13th & 14th Sept
